How long does a PCP claim take? Each claim can vary with different time frames. This could be done to a number of factors like what lender we are claiming against. The more information you can provide and documents you can send would help us get your compensation as quick as possible We aim to get your compensation within 10-12 weeks, however this can change depending on your lenders responses and if they require any additional information to help support the claim. In the unlikely event the lender refuses to compensate you, we will appeal their decision and have the ability to take the lender to court. There will be no additional costs for your for this service. But this could extend the time line of getting compensation.

What are Lexports' Fees? We work explicitly on a NO WIN NO FEE basis. So there are NO fees, if you are not awarded compensation. When your claim is successful then our fees are applicable, which is set in full in our Terms and Business.

Is there anything I can do to speed up the process? In order to speed up the process please provide us as much inifmration as possible. For example, Driving License, documents from the Lender and/or the Loan agreement number, in case the lender’s ask us for these documents. If you have these please email them to info@lexport.com putting your name and reference number in the subject matter.

What happens once my claim is settled? When your claim is successful we will notify you immediately. We will request them from the lender as soon as possible but different lenders may have different payment terms to others. Not all lenders process claims and payments the same. Once we receive the compensation we will deduct our fees as outlines in our Terms and Conditions and send you your reminding funds. We will endeavour to send your payment within 28 days.
